Hey everyone! Don't forget to catch Dylan and Duncan's acoustic set at Leunig's Bistro on Wednesday night, and our show supporting Ben Sollee on Thursday (7/30). It could be our last show of the summer...! Also, for anyone who's wondering, this band is named 'Pale Fire' not 'Palefire.' I'm not sure where the second spelling originated, but it ain't right y'all! We like good gramer.

We played a song at the Higher Ground Bash for Cash. And we won first place in the 'band' category.
Go figure.
Anyway, thanks so much to the judges and the audience- you guys were awesome.

The album is coming. We've decided on a title.

We have finished tracking drums, bass (mostly), and acoustic guitars. So far, its going great, and we're having a blast working with Peter. We'll post pics soon :)
Now. The shows. Sadly, we had to cancel our Late Night Saturday appearance, but we've added two new dates to make up for it. The first is 3/14 at Higher Ground- we'll be part of a fundraiser event.
The second will be on a Thursday this coming July...we're not exactly sure when. That one will be 2 x 1hr sets (awesome).

Hola todos! We now have plans to enter the studio in early February to begin tracking for the upcoming full length album. Our goal is completion by the end of Feb.
We will be recording at Ad Astra Recording Studios .
No firm decisions yet, but we're planning for at least 12 tracks, maybe more. Details like album title, artwork, tracklist, etc., we will post as we figure them out. Check back for progress updates, and maybe some sneak previews once we've started tracking.
Also, we will be playing at a Young Traditions event on May 16. Details to come.
